To begin, I used OPI Suzi and the Lifeguard with Essie Ballet Slippers over the top. I used Maybelline Ivory for the ribbon and OPI Do You Lilac it? and w7 Purple Pearl for the feather. For the gem, I used Nails Inc Villiers Street and Colorama Beams of Fire and used dots of a gold glitter nail art pen around it.
